In this coming weekend, the party will host workshops for SACP Councillor candidates which will also serve as the launch of SACP redbrigades and introduction of our 2026 LGE Manifesto in Ntabankulu and Umzimvubu sub-district. The posters below provides details of the workshops. Members and supporters of the party are hereby invited to attend these programmes.

The Provincial Secretary of the SACP in Western Cape, comrade Benson Ngqentsu, characterized his removal from the Legislature by the ANC as a badge of honor, as he was removed because of his unwavering commitment to the class struggle, and not because he stole money, or is entangled in any corrupt activities. He further concluded by encouraging communist to rather die standing than kneeling.

The SACP in Alfred Nzo District is not immune to these reactionary elements by the ANC. Just last week, the ANC removed one of the SACP ward Councillor candidates in Umzimvubu Local Municipality. However, the party remains focused and committed in its campaign and the working class struggles, thus will not be defocused because of these reactionary elements.
