The MNR Easter Family Picnic is finally here.

We’re kicking off the day with an energizing hike, and later we’ll slow things down, relax, and enjoy good vibes at the picnic area with family and friends.

We’ve received a number of questions about how to get to the reserve, so here’s a quick guide to help you find your way:

📍 From Mmotonong side:
Take a right turn on the second street after the hump at Leokama, then follow the gravel road straight to the reserve gate.

📍 Alternative Route (via Seshigo High Village Road):
Turn right (or left you are coming from Moletjie cross side) onto the Seshigo High Village road and continue on the tar road. At the end of Target Road, move onto the gravel road and turn right at Tawakal Tuck Shop (painted green and yellow). Go straight until the end, then turn left to reach the reserve gate.

📍 From Moshate / Komape side:
Turn left at the bus station, then follow the Seshigo High Village route until you see Tawakal Tuck Shop (green and yellow). Turn left there, go straight until the end, and turn left again to the reserve gate.
