Let me share Saturday 22 August message from the funeral I attended. Ndizobuya nemfundiso I got from the Sunday's Church Service message.

The funeral preaching was from 2 Samuel 12:15–23, David’s child becomes seriously ill after David’s sin with Bathsheba. David fasts and prays, but the child dies. David then gets up, washes, eats, and worships.

I got from this message

1. Pray while you can. David fasted and prayed ngexesha egulelwa ngumntwana. Wabhubha umntwana kodwa kunjalo. Iimpendulo zika Thixo zingu, . Our God knows best what the best answer should be

2. Accept what you cannot change. Esakubhubha umntwana, David waphakama wahlamba, wanxiba, watya

3. When the storm passes—get up and worship. Uyanqulwa uThixo nasentlungwini. Your pain may knock you down, but it does not have to keep you down. There is a time to weep, but there is also a time to get up and worship again.

This is the story of ukuvuka koqhwithela elwandle, uYesu elele. His disciples got scared bamvusa, besithi, " Nkosi, sisindise, satshabalala!

You know what I got from this?

1. Being with Jesus does not mean we will never face storms; it means we have Someone to call when the storm comes. nawe kuqhwithela ojongene nalo

2. The storm was bigger than the disciples, but it was not bigger than Jesus. omkhulu kuneenqwithela zethu

3. Jesus was already in the boat. They did not need to go looking for Him. They simply had to wake Him and call on Him.

4. We may be in a storm, but the storm is not in control—Jesus is!” uyalawula

5. The question is not whether there will be storms.
The question is: Who will you call when the storm comes?

This woman is becoming more of who God created her to be… one season at a time. 💙

This morning ndivuke feeling grateful for umsebenzi owenziwa ngu Jehova k*m, nangam. I woke up feeling very appreciative of ukudala kuka Smakade. How I wish we could celebrate ourselves more.

This Women’s Month, I celebrate the woman I am, the woman I have become, and the woman I am still becoming.
Not perfect. Not finished. But grateful.
Still growing (ngeminyaka nobulumnko). Still serving (with humility). Still showing up (unapologetically) Still becoming (ngokuncedwa nguJehova). ✨
