A 34 year old foreign national was arrested yesterday in Wonderboomport, he was arrested and charge for being in passion of stolen property, being in South Africa illegally and trying to bribe the police.

He was found with stolen items worth R250,000. As police arrested him he tried to bribe them with R10,000 and he was told to voetsek.

He will be appearing at the Pretoria Magistrates Court today. This are the type of foreign nationals adding no value in South Africa.

🚔💨 FOREIGN NATIONAL ARRESTED WITH R1.5 MILLION WORTH OF ILLICIT TO***CO IN LIMPOPO 💨🚔

A 49-year-old Zimbabwean national has been arrested after police intercepted a truck allegedly carrying illicit to***co worth an estimated **R1.5 million** in Limpopo. 🚛📦

According to police, authorities received intelligence about a white Nissan truck suspected of transporting illicit to***co from Zimbabwe to Gauteng. 🇿🇼➡️🇿🇦

Members of the Provincial Tracking Team, working alongside Tshimollo Security and Investigations, monitored the vehicle before stopping it on the **R518 near Moletlane** at around 5:00 PM on Thursday, 4 June 2026. 👮‍♂️

During the search, officers discovered **333 master boxes of Hookar to***co** with an estimated street value of **R1.5 million**. 💰📦 The driver was immediately arrested.

Further investigations allegedly revealed that the suspect was in South Africa illegally. Police also seized the Nissan truck, valued at approximately **R800,000**. 🚛

The total value of the confiscated to***co and vehicle is estimated at **R2.3 million**. 💵

The suspect is expected to appear in the **Zebediela Periodical Court** on Monday, 8 June 2026, facing charges related to the alleged violation of the Customs and Excise Act and the Immigration Act. ⚖️

A 33-YEAR-OLD MAN SHOT DEAD AT NEWS CAFE IN CAPE TOWN

The man has been identified as the 33-year-old man who was shot multiple times at point-blank range yesterday at the News Cafe restaurant in Marine Circle, Cape Town, South Africa.

According to reports, the attackers allegedly stole his laptop and cell phone before fleeing the scene. The man was rushed to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police have confirmed that no arrests have been made as investigations continue, Local news mentioned JOEL BOOYSEN as the victim, is that possible?
