📢 Important U.S. Visa Update
Some good news and a bit of relief! 🎉
The U.S. Department of State has announced changes to interview waivers, effective October 1, 2025.
👉 Only limited categories of applicants will qualify for an interview waiver — including H-2A workers renewing their visa within 12 months of expiry (if previously issued full validity and applicant was over 18 at issuance).
All other applicants will generally need to attend an in-person consular interview.
