ANC Ward 03 Branch Communiqué | Key Outcomes

The ANC Ward 03 Branch Executive Committee met on Saturday, 27 December 2025, to conclude its final ordinary meeting of the year and to reflect on critical organisational matters ahead of the 11th ANC Limpopo Provincial Conference.

The meeting reaffirmed the branch’s commitment to organisational discipline, unity, and renewal. Key resolutions include preparations for upcoming Branch General Meetings, progress on membership verification, support for leadership continuity and generational mix at provincial level, strengthening of branch financial governance, and ongoing engagement with community stakeholders in Muungamunwe.

As the ANC Ward 03 Branch, we will convene an Ordinary Branch Executive Committee Meeting in line with our constitutional responsibilities and organisational discipline.

The ANC Constitution, as adopted at the 55th National Conference in Nasrec in 2022, is clear on this matter. Rule 12.2.3 provides that “The Branch Executive Committee shall meet at least once every two weeks.” This requirement ensures that branches remain functional, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the people.

This ordinary BEC meeting forms part of the branch’s ongoing work to strengthen organisational capacity, assess progress on programmes, and provide political leadership at ward level, as outlined on the official notice.

Members of the Branch Executive Committee are encouraged to attend and participate fully in the work of the movement.

SPECIAL BRANCH EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING TO PREPARE FOR NGC BGM

The Branch Executive Committee will hold a Special BEC Meeting to prepare for the upcoming NGC Branch General Meeting. The meeting will take place on Thursday, 20 November 2025, at Rasivhetshele Primary School, Ha-Mangilasi, starting at 16h30.
