REMEMBER THE 4-4-4 RULE 🫁

Asthma can escalate quickly β€” knowing what to do in those first few minutes can save a life. Here is the simple 4-4-4 Rule everyone should know:
STEP 1️⃣: GIVE 4 PUFFS Administer 4 separate puffs of the blue reliever inhaler.
STEP 2️⃣: WAIT 4 SECONDS Pause 4 seconds between each puff to allow the medication to absorb properly.
STEP 3️⃣: OBSERVE FOR 4 MINUTES Watch the person closely for any signs of improvement.
STEP 4️⃣: TAKE FURTHER ACTION ➑️ No improvement? Give another 4 puffs. 🚨 Still struggling to breathe? Call an ambulance immediately.
