The programme provides SMMEs and Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) with an opportunity to receive hands-on assistance with business registration, compliance requirements, and supplier-related matters that are essential for accessing government procurement opportunities.

By taking these services directly to communities, the outreach programme seeks to remove barriers that hinders participation, while strengthening compliance among local businesses and ensure that more enterprises and NPOs are positioned to benefit from available economic opportunities within the province.
