Scripture reading Psalm 45:6, NLT
Your throne, O God, endures forever and ever. You rule with a scepter of justice.

What's On Your Throne?
When David faced Goliath, he never called him a giant. He called Goliath “an uncircumcised Philistine.” David downplayed his size because he refused to put Goliath on the throne. He kept God on the throne.

He said to Goliath, “You come against me with a sword and spear, but I come against you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel.”
You may be facing a giant of a problem.

If you’re not careful, you’ll let that problem consume you with worry. The whole time God is in control and already has the solution, but you’ve taken God off the throne and put your problem on the throne.

Here’s the key: if God is not on the throne, you’re not giving Him permission. God works where there’s an attitude of faith.

You can’t have God and the problem on the throne at the same time. There’s just room for one. Keep God on the throne.

“Father, thank You for being on Your throne, for reigning as sovereign over my health, my finances, my family, and my circumstances.

Thank You that You are my provider, my healer, my waymaker, my deliverer. The throne of my life is reserved for You. In Jesus’ Name,

Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?
Numbers 23:19, NLT

True To His Word
If you're spending more time talking about your problems than you are about God's promises, that's out of balance.

The Scripture says, "God watches over His Word to perform it." It doesn't say God watches over our complaints or our begging, "God, please, this isn't fair. You have to turn this around.

" Yes, He's concerned and sees the wrongs, but what moves Him to act is when He hears you speak His Word.

It's very powerful when you switch over to thanking Him for what He's promised.

Make a list of what God has promised you and put it on your phone, your bathroom mirror, and your computer, and all through the day put Him in remembrance. God has never failed in the past, and He's not going to start with you.

It may not happen your way or on your timetable, but God is true to His Word.

When you're constantly saying, "God, You promised," that's what allows Him to bring promises to pass.

Let us Pray 🙏

Father, thank You that You promised You would do exceedingly abundantly above and beyond what I can imagine.

Thank You that You have never failed to be true to Your Word and fulfill Your promises.

I believe You are watching over Your Word to perform it in my life. In Jesus' Name, We have Prayed

Father, I receive the healing Jesus paid for. By His stripes I am healed right now in the name of Jesus.

Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.

Are you living in the house with your family, but you’re not connected?

Are you engaged, living well, making the most of the moments? Or are you in tomorrow, hoping you’ll get the contract, worried about your business, wondering how your finances are going to work out?

Are you in yesterday, upset over a disappointment, bitter over who hurt you? You’re missing the beauty of this day.

Once you live this day, you can’t get it back.

The people in your life are not always going to be there.

Don’t wait until they’re gone to recognize what you have.

Don’t take for granted all the good things in your life right now.

Get connected. Take time for the people God has given you.

There will always be more work, more challenges, and more problems to solve.

The dreams will come to pass in due season.

The problems will resolve in God’s timing.

Worrying about them doesn’t make them work out any sooner.

Stay in the moment with the people you love.

Enjoy where you are.
