On Friday, 29 May 2026, we had the honour of hosting the launch of our very first Career Club.

Charleston Hill Primary School was one of only a few schools in our district selected to participate in this exciting initiative.

A special word of thanks to Mrs. S. Feni (Educator and Career Club Coordinator) and her team, as well as our Principal, Mr. Frolicks, for making this opportunity possible.

We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed guest speakers for inspiring and educating our learners about the many career opportunities available to them.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of one of our former learners and Headboy of 2011, Frederico Pietersen, who passed away on Saturday, 18 April 2026.

Frederico will be remembered for his kindness and the positive impact he made during his time at our school. He leaves behind family, friends, and a school community who will cherish his memory.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his mother, Aunty Sandra, and the entire Pietersen/April family during this difficult time.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

May your soul rest in peace dear Frederico.
