Another fresh dusting of snow through the night

We don't expect this to last very long and is mainly higher up in the mountains.

Our Hiking trail is open the trail is not suitable for young children as the hike is long. Easily 3 hours + in one direction.

The 4x4 trail to the first view remains closed due to the flood damage.

There was a light dusting snow higher up in the mountains, it rained away shortly after this picture was taken.

The storm has landed here and we are not expecting a big snowfall however strong winds and Cold conditions.
Snow Predicted for only right at the peak.
No snow except low down.

Our trails will be CLOSED Today due to the heavy weather as viability becomes a risk not worth taking.

What's the weather like for the weekend?
Starting sunny, accompanied with strong and icy winds.

We are not expecting a big snowfall as the prediction is mostly right at the peaks.
It will be very cold and might had some Ice rain but No Ground Level Snow predicted. Mostly rain and if the grounds to wet the snow will just melt away.

Please note our trails Won't be opened during storming weather as guests safety is our first priority. Check our page for updates on the day or call ahead 0731940885 to be sure you get access.

Our 4x4 trail up the mountain remains closed due to the severe flood damage.

If there is any change in the weather predictions we will update immediately so that you can get ready for a snow much fun adventure to Matroosberg
