Giving Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng His Flowers While He Is Still Alive

TikTok handler is giving Mr Hlaudi Motsoeneng his flowers while he is still alive, highlighting the significant impact he made on South African radio and the local entertainment industry.

She speaks about how, during his time as COO of the SABC, Mr Motsoeneng championed local content by transforming the music quota from approximately 90% international and 10% local music to 90% local and 10% international music.

A group of talented musicians from Qwaqwa, Bolata, known as Free State Diya Puruma, performed in Harrismith this past Saturday. During the event, the President of the African Content Movement (ACM), Hlaudi Motsoeneng, encouraged residents of the Harrismith Cluster to support and vote for ACM in the upcoming Local Government Elections on 4 November 2026.

He urged residents to use their vote to support a movement committed to bringing meaningful change and development to their communities.

Motsoeneng addressed parked Sediba Hall in which ACM members from across Intabazwe, Linda Mkhonto, Tshiame A, B, C, Letsitsa, and Makgolokweng.

Given Saturday's turnout, it is an open secret that ACM has support even in areas such as Harrismith support was traditionally very low.

For the first time, the African Content Movement (ACM) is receiving significant support in urban communities such as Phuthaditjhaba, Clubview, Elite and Bluegumbosch. The growing presence and support for ACM in these areas signal increasing momentum ahead of the 4 November 2026 Local Government Elections.

Under the leadership of President Hlaudi Motsoeneng, ACM is intensifying its mobilisation efforts and preparing for the upcoming elections, with the aim of strengthening its support across Maluti-a-Phofung.

Hlaudi Motsoeneng launches Phuthaditjhaba Cluster

ACM Leader Hlaudi Motsoeneng launched the Phuthaditjhaba Cluster on Saturday.

ACM members across Ward 27, 28, 29 and 34 convened at Reahola Hall in Phuthaditjhaba kick starting elections campaign in the suburban areas including Bluegumbosh, Clubview and Elite. This is the first time the movement has campaigned in the urban epicenter of Qwaqwa ahead of November 4 elections.
