🔌 | FREE COMPOSTING MATERIAL AVAILABLE

Bitou Municipality invites residents, community groups, farmers, gardeners, and other interested parties to make use of clean composting material (green waste) available at the Bitou Waste Transfer Station.

This initiative forms part of the Municipality’s Organic Waste Diversion Plan, which aims to divert organic waste from landfill sites and promote the beneficial reuse of green waste.

Interested residents and organisations are encouraged to contact the Bitou Waste Management Department for more information.

Sonop Daycare Centre in Kranshoek is home to a group of metally and physically challenged persons between the ages of 30-70 years of age.

The DA in Kranshoek decided to treat the parents to some time off on Saturday to relax with a sponsored visit to Birds of Eden and a Pizza lunch at 2 Brothers Restaurant.
