Premier Dr Phophi Ramathuba delivered an address at the 1st Limpopo Public Sector 4IR, ICT and Artificial Intelligence Summit.

She said the world is experiencing a period of unprecedented transformation, noting that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not just a technological trend but a fundamental shift in the way people live and interact. She explained that advancements such as Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data are changing how governments operate, how economies grow and how societies develop.

Held under the theme "Advancing Limpopo's Digital Future: Public Sector Leadership in Innovation and Economic Growth," she said the summit affirms that digital transformation is no longer optional but a strategic necessity for the province's future.
