• Starter: Duo of beef brochette with pickled tongue and onion-, raison marmalade as well as salted beef and hummus.
• Main: Chicken coronation with a mango and corn salsa.
Gammon with home-made mustard sauce and spiced pineapple.
Mediterranean vegetable and lentil salad
Tomato and mozzarella salad
Pea, egg and potato salad.
Peach and pepper salad
