Having had the opportunities through my business and Personal life to achieve certain magnificent goals, one reflects back as to the how, what ,when and why, that help attain these goals.
It is without doubt, that without the great mentorship I experienced, where my mentors challenged my thinking, put me to the test, gave direction, allowed me to fall and then pick me up, gave me the opportunity to TRY and then to end up with the very reason to be New , Different and Exciting and to have that overall WOW FACTOR.
It is easy to say we need new entrepreneurs , however without the necessary mentorship and understandings of NDE and further to understand Asset Base growth, it may become fruitless.

Did you know :
The Umtamvuna Nature Reserve is not merely an area of great scenic beauty, but it is a botanical reserve. More rare trees are found in the reserve than any other conservation area in South Africa
The Nature Reserve is the core area for more than 1400 species of flowering plants. In comparison to the Kruger Park which has a surface 500 times larger, only posses about 2000 species. The bird species count has exceeded 300, mammals 35 and 130 species of butterfly. The reserve is in the KZN Region and covers about 3257 hectares and lies along 25km of the Mtamvuna river – “ The mouth that reaps or consumes”
Outcrops of Msikaba sandstone formation is the reason for the numerous Fauna species in the area

Our personal and team dynamics challenge is the tour of 12 Zip lines across the Oribi Gorge...

The challenge of the Line will test ones’ comfort zone and will also allow for the team members, to help mentor those members who may feel the challenge is above their comfort zones.

The zip lines start with a full brief and an introduction to expectation.

The experience will take about 2 hours.

Team Dynamics will be assisted by mentors

Getting the team across will help in the preparation for that evenings prac.

Umtamvuma Nature reserve...one of our playgrounds.

The challenge is a fairly serious hike of 4 hours.

The hike is from the top of the Umtamvuna Gorge to the stream below and back.

One will experience the makeup of the various grasses, plants and the wonderful forest.

Prior to departure, a lecture will be given by a well known person on the flora and forest make up.

An ideal opportunity for a Hypothesis and assignment.

We will be introducing the team challenge for the day which will incorporate tree identification and Medicinal Uses

The evening presentation of the team findings will be through the “eyes” of the tree enthusiast and Inyanga

It is our intent to let our youth experience conditions and environments through our programme :
1. That will inspire them to make better decisions in the setting of goals and targets, be it for education or later in business .

2. To have an open minded approach and an understanding of all the facets that may contribute to an outcome.

3. Through synergy with all Partners , Educators, Parks, local residents and ourselves to work on a Hypothesis as subscribed by the educator, to subtract findings that pertains to a specific area in a Nature Reserve, that allows for new information and continued sustainability of such reserves.
