Anyone caught illegally dumping waste may face enforcement action in terms of municipal by-laws.

The long-standing sewage issue at Croatia Street , Timothy Valley is being addressed . However, continued dumping of unsuitable materials like Tyres, Dead Dogs, Dead Pigs, Mops into drains contributes to blockages and delays progress. Community cooperation is essential to ensure a lasting solution. and we must please remember that Ward 38 is Over Populated and the Sewage pipes are too small for 10 400 people its only 110.
