Nelson Mandela University  Black Management Forum Student Chapter The BMF Student Chapter seeks to train and empower university students and groom them into being effective managers in the business world.

The Black Management Forum Student Chapter is the youth structure of the nationally based Black Management Forum, with a focus on developing and empowering primarily (but not exclusively) black (African, Coloureds and Indians) students through skills development and information sharing. We are a branch based organisation with 7 chapters at tertiary institutions across Eastern Cape Province with me

mbership open to any full-time students at tertiary institutions below the age of 26. We are entirely committed to female representation and affirmative action translated in equal representation in all our structures. Our purpose is to prepare and equip students at institutions of higher learning with managerial, leadership and business skills, which will prepare them to effectively and productively respond to the challenges of the corporate world, labour market and society large. We promote inclusiveness, progressiveness in the growth and development of youth, and leadership based on good work ethics. We are governed by a Provincial Student Chapter Committee comprised of elected leaders who have progressed within our structures
