Zanethemba Charity Foundation We look after abused, abandoned or neglected children aged 0-6yrs old who are placed in safe care.

Zanethemba Baby Haven (A Temporary Safe Care Facility) is a safe haven for abused, abandoned, neglected and orphaned children aged 0 to 6 years. The foundation is registered with SARS as a Section 18a organisation, and with the Department of Social Development as a non-profit organisation.

❤️ When business becomes something bigger...

Today I want to say a very special thank you to bni_kinship and the incredible businesses and people I have met through this network.

When I look at my BNI statistics — 374 one-to-ones, 290 referrals given, 408 referrals received and over R2.2 million in business received — I don't just see numbers.

I see relationships. ❤️

And many of those relationships have gone on to make a very real difference at Zanethemba Charity Foundation.

Over the years, BNI members and businesses have supported us through financial donations, donations in kind, products, professional services, sponsorships, fundraising, introductions and simply sharing our story.
Sometimes it starts with one simple question:

"Catherine, what does Zanethemba need?"

And that question has resulted in real help reaching vulnerable children when they need it most.

I have also recently had the privilege of being elected President of BNI Kinship, and as I start this new chapter, I'd like to do something in return.

❤️ We want to support the businesses that support Zanethemba.

So going forward, you'll see us sharing some of BNI Kinship's weekly featured businesses and introducing you to the wonderful people behind them — particularly those who are using their businesses, skills and connections to give back.

📅 Friday 30 October 2026 📍 Mill Park Bowling Club 🕠 Arrive 17h30, first bowl 18h00 🍽️ R1,000 per team of four (R250pp), meal included ❤️ Every rand raised goes to the Zanethemba Charity Foundation!

Two greens, 24 teams, 96 players, and a night built for having a laugh while doing something that genuinely matters. You do not need to be a bowler and you do not need to be a Nomad. You just need three mates and a free Friday.
