Notice to Returning Students – Accommodation Eligibility

Dear Returning Students,

We understand that securing a place to stay is a top concern as you prepare for the new term or year. Please note the following regarding student accommodation:

- Your eligibility to remain in student housing will be confirmed once your final results are released.
- Continued placement is contingent upon successful completion of the previous year’s coursework and receipt of your funding (NSFAS).
- If you do not meet the academic requirements (75% on your final. Pass: 3/4 or 5/7) your funding is not approved, we will be unable to offer you a room for the upcoming semester, trimester or annual

For new and prospective students who have applied for NSFAS, accommodation will be arranged & once funding is approved you’ll be able to onboard on the website but meanwhile a room is guaranteed, you’ll be able to stay
