Our MBA students are engaging in a two-day workshop that started this morning in Potchefstroom, bringing learning, discussion and practical application together.
Our Phase 1 students welcomed two guest speakers as part of the dayโs programme. Ms Elmarie de Beer, Executive Director: Finance at the NWU, engaged students on Managerial Accounting and its relevance to business decision-making, while Prof Binu Luke, Chief Director of the NWU School of Medicine, shared perspectives on leadership, healthcare, management and South Africaโs development.
Our Phase 2 students engaged in their electives, International Business Issues and Entrepreneurship, before taking part in an Organisational Behaviour simulation with Dr Ntseliseng Khumalo, exploring how job attitudes and workplace behaviour influence organisational performance.
As part of their Company Project, Phase 2 students also met with their mentors this afternoon, connecting academic learning with practical guidance and real-world application.
The workshop continues tomorrow as our students deepen their learning, critical thinking, and leadership development.
