The DA Youth is a vibrant movement of young people that supports the DA’s vision of an Open Opportunity Society for All. Through positive example and practical policy proposals, we aim to demonstrate to the youth what a future guided by this vision will look like. In this DA future, young people have all of the resources and opportunities they need to realize their true potential, no matter their
background, and their chances in life are determined by their character and merits rather than their race or connections. Through our structures, the DA Youth offers young people an opportunity to take control of South Africa’s future and put us back on the path to democracy that Nelson Mandela dreamed of.
