The programme was officially launched in the Bela-Bela Sub-Region by the ANCYL Limpopo Provincial Organiser, Cde Mashau Tshilidzi.

ANCYL Waterberg Deputy Regional Secretary, Cde Koos Sepuru, together with REC Member Cde Thabang Ngobeni, joined the programme in support of the mobilisation and induction of volunteers ahead of the elections campaign.

The African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) Waterberg Region has learnt with profound sadness of the passing of the Mogalakwena Education District Director, Mr Ndo Mangala.

Mr Mangala dedicated his life to the advancement of education and the empowerment of young people through quality and innovative learning. His unwavering commitment to the development of the education sector leaves behind a remarkable legacy that will continue to inspire generations to come.

As ANCYL Waterberg Region, we recognise and appreciate the important role he played in shaping and strengthening education within the Mogalakwena District and the broader Limpopo Province. His leadership, wisdom, and passion for education contributed immensely towards building a better future for learners and communities.

During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Mangala family, colleagues within the Department of Education, friends, and the entire education fraternity. We pray that they find strength, comfort, and healing as they mourn this great loss.

May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his contribution to society never be forgotten.
