MESSAGE FROM OFFICE OF DEPUTY PRESIDENT
CONSTANCE MABUNDA
WOMEN’S DAY MESSAGE
WOMEN OF DR JS MOROKA MUNICIPALITY, YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE!
On 9 August, we remember the brave women of 1956 who marched to the Union Buildings and stood together against injustice.
More than 20,000 women demonstrated that women are not spectators in the affairs of South Africa but powerful agents of change.
Today, that same courage must guide us.
Women must ask difficult questions: Has our local government delivered the opportunities, safety, dignity, jobs and better services that our communities deserve?
Are women and young people truly being given the opportunities they need to build better lives? Are leaders being held accountable for their promises?
The vote must never be treated as a permanent gift to any political party.
The vote belongs to the people.
REJECT THE CORRUPT RULING ELITE AT THE POLLS AND VOTE FOR;
🫡 Accountability.
🫡Demand better service delivery.
🫡Demand economic opportunities.
🫡Job opportunities
🫡Youth Empowerment
🫡Put safety first.
🫡Vote for change
The women of 1956 did not remain silent when they believed the system was unjust. Today,we can use our democratic power to demand something better.
Let us vote with our conscience, not with fear or loyalty.
I & my family will VOTEMICO On the 04th November 2026.
🌹 WATHINT’ ABAFAZI, WATHINT’ IMBOKODO!
