Regarding impeachment of the president of South Africa.

It is a pity that in South Africa the legal system and its courts cannot simply fairly decide on the guilt of a president, regarding a legal matter. By now the courts should have taken a decision whether the president is guilty or not, of an offence, regarding the Phala Phala matter.

It looks as if influentual people are trying to rip off the public.

Afriforum het nog 'n belangrike sukses behaal in die hof in 'n uitspraak wat vandag gelewer is.

Nersa en Eskom wou stil-stil 'n reuse kragtarief verhoging deurvoer, sonder behoorlike openbare deelname. Afriforum het tussenbeide getree en dit gekeer.

Baie trots op die span van Hurter Spies, bestaande uit Marjorie van Schalkwyk en Carl Meyer wat hierdie saak gevoer het.

REGARDING RECONCILIATION DAY

When thinking over the longterm, things are going relatively well in South Africa, for all groups. The same however cannot be said about individuals. Especially all the honest individuals, from all groups who have been sacrificed because of idolatrous corruption.

South Africa is one of the only countries, if not the only, where a peaceful transition happened to an inclusive democracy.

South Africa is also one of the only countries, or maybe, the only country, where all groups increased their numbers, the last 370 years, whilst using the technologies, which made the increases in population numbers possible.

It would be interesting to see how increases in population numbers of all groups compare to other countries.

2026/7 LOCAL ELECTIONS

The elections must take place on a date from 1 November 2026 to 1 February 2027. The date will be announced, July 2026.

FPSA needs candidates all over South Africa who respect others' selfdetermination, whilst respecting the universal not-doing, which unites most voters.

The cost of elections will be:

METROS: R3500 (Tswhane will have no cost because FPSA will pay it)

LOCAL: R2000

DISTRICT: R1000

Criminals appoint "leaders", because they develop "the Creator's" imparted ideas, the way criminals want it developed.

I guess that is why Frederik van Zyl Slabbert, of the Progressive Federal Party, resigned from parliament.

Hopefully democracy will change that, whilst "the Creator" vote for FPSA.

THE NATIONAL DIALOGUE

The National Dialogue is a regression to more autocratic governance.

South Africa already has a big problem regarding imparting of ideas, whereby the powerful, impart most good ideas and apply the imparted ideas, their way, because they have the financial means. This happens whilst excluding Federal Party SA - FPSA, with publishing laws favoring imparting of ideas and exposure only to elected parties. FPSA has good ideas, which originate, because of true puzzle pieces in minds, forming true puzzles for the future.

The government, with the National Dialogue, clearly shows that they failed, and the government is trying to impart good ideas from the nation, to stay in power. It should not happen that a government, which failed, gathers and uses others' ideas, to stay in power. That is not how a democracy is supposed to work.

A good democracy will let those, who thought of the best ideas, get elected and govern, working with others, to apply the best ideas.

POLICY AND REASONING

Policy must make the left and right wings function, to make the metaphoric bird fly. Making the phoenix rise out of the ashes comes to mind.

South Africa must have a small central government, focusing only on universal things, most people agree about. Few realize what the universal things are, because it was not taught in general. The universal things are, what everyone may not do. It is primarily the criminal justice system. Groups do not agree about what to do. What we do is particular and cultural, therefore policy about doing, must be decentralized. Liberal (left wing) and conservative (right wing) doing must be decentralised to liberal and conservative regions. Liberals work more on the sales/trading side of the economy. Conservatives work more on the manufacturing and service delivery side of the economy. Liberals usually like the arts. Conservatives usually like sports.

The two most important universal matters are the criminal justice system and the defence force, because most people agree about it. It is clear that, in the current South Africa, the central government failed at the most important universal things, most people agree about. Criminality is out of control and the defence force has been dilapidated.

The logic for the above policy is based on the Golden Rule, also called Love: 1) Universal form: Not-doing evil to all like selves do not want evil done to. An evil can not be done to all, therefore it must be enforced centrally and it applies to all. 2) Particular form: Doing cultural good to people closeby like selves want to be done good to. Doing good can only be done to people closeby, therefore it is cultural. Policy regarding this must be decentralized to regions.

Communication regarding these matters must be honest. Thus, the two ideas Truth and Love, are respected in Federal Party SA (FPSA).

Groups broke the universal form of the Golden Rule because it is profitable, if the Law does not prohibit breaking it.
