PUBLIC PARTICIPATION NOTICE

Call for comments on the closure of Mendelssohn Street, Constantia Park, and proposed relocation of the existing road closure on 16th Street, Menlo Park

The Speaker of Council, Cllr Mncedi Ndzwanana, hereby invites community members of Region 3 and 6 as well as interested stakeholders to the public participation meetings on the proposed closure of Mendelssohn Street, Constantia Park, in accordance with the planned upgrade and reconstruction of the Garstfontein Road project and the proposed relocation of the existing road closure on 16th Street at the intersection with Hazelwood Road, Menlo Park.

All documents can be accessed on the City of Tshwane public website at www.tshwane.gov.za or at any City of Tshwane library.

Submission of comments: Written comments can be emailed to [email protected] or hand-delivered to the comment box, reception at Tshwane House, 320 Madiba Street, Pretoria Central.

The closing date for comments is 11 September 2026 at 16:00.
