Herewith, you are notified of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 August 2026 at 10:30-11:30 at NHK Philadelphia.

It will be held in person as well as via Teams.

Please indicate how you are going to attend.

For clarity, the distinction between company members and board members:

• Company members: consists of the members of the Committee of Diaconate, and previous members who have not resigned. Note: All members serve until they resign in writing.

• Meets annually for the Annual General Meeting and other extraordinary member meetings.
• Attendance at the Annual General Meeting is mandatory for compiling a quorum. If a member is unable to attend the AGM, a person may be appointed as a proxy to take the member's place.
• A separate proxy form must be complete for every company that you are a member of.

• Board members: elected as board members by the Annual General Meeting (or extraordinary member meetings). They serve until the next Annual General Meeting, where they may be re-elected.

• Meet regularly for board meetings and are responsible for the overall governance of the company.
• Board members bear the fiduciary responsibility for the company.
• If board members are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting, they must tend their apologies but do not have to complete proxy forms.

Company members, please find attached the proxy form in case you are unable to attend the meeting in person. Note:

• You can nominate any person of your choice as a proxy.
• One person can represent more than one person as a proxy.
