The OPFA invites stakeholders and members of the public to comment on the Draft Guidelines on the Exercise of Powers by the Pension Funds Adjudicator under Section 30J (3) of the Pension Funds Act, 1956.

The draft guidelines are intended to provide guidance on how the Adjudicator may exercise the powers contemplated in Section 30J of the Pension Funds Act.

We encourage all interested parties to review the draft guidelines and submit their comments and recommendations.

📢 New Retirement Fund Complaint Form

The Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) has introduced a dedicated Retirement Fund Complaint Form for the submission of section 13A complaints. The form is designed to support the proper, efficient and consistent lodging of Section 13A complaints by ensuring that the information and supporting documentation required for investigation and adjudication are provided at the outset.
