New Town Associates was established in February 1995 by André van Nieuwenhuizen. Since its inception, the firm is an all inclusive town-planning consultancy, providing a professional and ethical service to its clients. It is registered with the South African Council of Town and Regional Planners, South African Planning Institute and the Association of Consulting Town and Regional Planners. To cult
