Our fourth annual Blok Spring Clean is here, and this year, Statistics South Africa is proud to be part of an initiative that goes beyond data collection. đź’™
Join BLOK, Pristine Earth Collective, and the surrounding communities as we roll up our sleeves and give back to our beautiful coastline by collecting litter along the Sea Point beaches.

As Stats SA, we engage with communities every day through our data collection work. This initiative allows us to give back to those same communities and demonstrate that our presence extends beyond collecting data; we are here to contribute, connect and make a positive difference.
And there’s a little reward for helping keep our coastline clean! Volunteers will receive an ice-cream or coffee voucher from one of our amazing Neighbourhood Heroes.
