We are happy to share a success story that highlights the impact of the emergency response in a real-life emergency situation. 🌟

Control received an activation from the user. The user was contacted and stated that two guys tried hijacking them and took their car keys and left. A responder was dispatched to investigate. Upon arrival, the responder confirmed that he made contact with the user and he stated that the suspects bumped them and took their car keys. The user confirmed that he was waiting for his friend to bring the spare key from home so that they can go to the police station and open a case against the suspects as they took the suspects' registration number and vehicle details. The responder withdrew thereafter. The user was contacted and he stated that they had already left and they were home.
