DIALOGUE | In his address during a dialogue titled “Reimagining South Africa’s Pan-African Role: Beyond DIRCO’s Budget and Africa Month” held at the Old Mutual Conference and Exhibition Centre, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Cape Town, Mr Alvin Botes, Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation said the Africa Continental Free Trade Area Agreement is meant to be a game changer within Africa enabling African countries to trade more with each other as only 21% of SADC countries trade with each other while 60% of Africa trades amongst each other.
