Requirements:

🔹 Age: 18–34 years
🔹 Must be a South African citizen
🔹 Must reside in the Central Karoo
🔹 Must be unemployed
🔹 Stipend: R3 000 per month
🔹 Allowance: R2 000 per month

Applicants must be willing to travel and work at various construction sites across the Western Cape.

Purpose of the Qualification
• To provide access to candidates with potential who otherwise would not meet the minimum entry requirements for Degree studies.
• This Higher Certificate in Education is the only Higher Certificate articulating into the UNISA Bachelor of Education Foundation and Intermediate phase qualifications.
