RDP HOUSING SUBSIDY RESIDENTS
Residents of Gauteng can apply for a housing subsidy provided by Government through service such as breaking new ground (BNG)Which was previously known as the reconstruction and development programme(RDP)
To qualify a BNG housing subsidy you must
*Be a South Africa Citizen
*Be 18 years or older
*Be single and have financial dependence
*Not earn more than 3 501.00 Per month per household
Have never received a government subsidy before
When you apply you are required to produce the following
*Applicant's ID copy
*Spouses ID copy
*Marriage Certificate
*Divorce decree (if divorced)
*Certified copies of birth certificate of all dependents/Children *Proof of income if employed (Salary advice/pay slip)
*Proof of address
You can go to the provincial housing department or any local housing municipality office to apply
