Together we stand in solidarity against the perpuated GBV!!!

To the women who fight for their lives every day, who face unseen dangers and live with the weight of fear, we see you. We stand with you. The heinous crimes committed against women and children are a stain on our society, and it's time to say enough is enough. As the Socialist Economic Freedom Movement (SEFM) & Socialist Student Movement (SSM) , we condemn all forms of violence against women and children. We believe that every person deserves to live without fear, and that living should be a fundamental right, not a privilege. We stand together, united against violence.

Socialism is the only logical conclusion!!!!!โ™ฅ๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ–ค

The mystery consists of no blank pages, and one of the most significant chapters in South Africa's history is the story of the Women's March of 1956.

On August 9, 1956, thousands of women from different racial and ethnic backgrounds came together to march to the Union Buildings in Pretoria, South Africa. They were protesting against the extension of pass laws to women, which required them to carry identification documents at all times. This was a pivotal moment in the fight against apartheid.

The march was led by prominent women like Lilian Ngoyi, Helen Joseph, Albertina Sisulu, and Sophia Williams-De Bruyn. Their courage and determination paved the way for future generations of women to fight for equality and justice.

National Women's Day is celebrated on August 9 to commemorate this historic march. It's a day to we to recognize the the contributions and sacrifices of women in South Africa and continue advocating for women's women's right and empowerment.

You're right; Women's Day is not the same as Mother's Day. While Mother's Day honors mothers and motherhood, Women's Day celebrates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It's a day to acknowledge the progress made towards gender equality and to highlight the work still needed to achieve true equality.

Sedibeng TVET College has a mind of its own that suspends thinking all the time !! Some students live with their grandparents who only survive on grant which is only paid after the 1st of each month and the closing date is before grant payouts??? Dangerous times to be a poor black student.
