In the beginning of 2016 i was very happy in the horse career i had chosen for myself 26 years before and then it happened! I was diagnosed with a form of brain cancer that cost me my 26 year long career at the age of 40. Thank goodness for the DEAR LORD'S GRACE it is benign and that i have thee most wonderful family and friends that have and do still stand by me unconditionally :-)

s no career, no home, everything i had worked so hard for, gone just gone. Well that was the inevitable question i guess but until a few months ago my life has been a bit of a blur where i felt more like a passenger than a participant. Going through cancer is no joke as i am sure many of you can agree with and it doesn't matter what type of cancer it is. What it does on the phsycalogical level never mind the physical that one has to go through is very hard to explain especially to someone who does not have to live with it within themselves. Needless to say i have lost another job due to cancer's side effects but not just on me also the people around me who can't seem to handle cancer even though they themselves don't have it. Well i had to make a choice and life does go on with or without you so either i look for another job that i could risk loosing because i have treatment through the government which is a time taking process or find a way to work for myself? I have chosen to work for myself and spare myself the stress of others that find my 'illness' for lack of a better word a hassle or inconvenience to their lives or business. It is sad but true that there are those types of people out there :-(
So here i am working for myself now making jewelry to begin with and i am wanting to take it further as time goes on and by GOD's grace and favor. So there is my about story short and sweet that covers the past 18 months or so.
