The session details are as follows :

📍 Pan Africa Shopping Centre, Alexandra Plaza, 1st Avenue

Purpose of the Session:
-To empower residents to hold the City accountable and improve municipal responsiveness by rebuilding public trust through civic education.
-To equip residents with the knowledge needed to exercise their rights and navigate challenges related to service delivery, maladministration, and human rights violations.
-To provide guidance on how the Office of the Ombudsman can assist the community with service delivery concerns.
-To provide feedback on existing cases and assist residents to register new complaints at the on-site help desk. Residents are requested to bring supporting documents.

Stakeholders and City of Johannesburg departments/entities are encouraged to attend. Your participation and support are vital to the success of this outreach awareness.
