Subject: Properties ( houses) damaged by storms in Mamusa.
As, Mamusa Local Municipality is, we
would like to extend our sincere sympathy to all residents whose homes and properties have been damaged by the recent storms. We understand the distress and difficulties this may have caused, and we are deeply concerned about the impact on affected families and households.
Residents whose properties have sustained storm-related damage are kindly requested to report the damage on Monday at their respective Municipal Site Offices. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the extent of the damage.
All reports received will be consolidated and forwarded to the District Disaster Management Team for assessment and advice.
We encourage all affected residents to come forward and report their cases so that they can be formally recorded and referred to the relevant disaster management structures.
We extend our thoughts and support to everyone affected during this difficult time.
