ILLEGAL FACTORIES AND UNREGULATED OPERATIONS MUST BE INVESTIGATED.

Black Organisations Youth Boy (NPC) calls for stronger enforcement against illegal factories, counterfeit production, unsafe manufacturing sites, tax evasion, labor exploitation, and unlawful business operations that place our communities, economy, workers, and environment at risk.

South Africa belongs to all who live in it, but all businesses operating within our country must respect South African laws, municipal regulations, labor standards, and public safety requirements.

We support:
✔️ Legal and compliant business operations
✔️ Protection of workers’ rights
✔️ Safe production environments
✔️ Economic justice and accountability
✔️ Local economic development
✔️ Community protection and transparency

Illegal operations undermine honest businesses, avoid taxation, exploit vulnerable people, and weaken our economy.

We call upon relevant authorities to strengthen inspections, investigations, and enforcement where unlawful activities are suspected.

REPORT. ACT. PROTECT.

Together, we can build a lawful, fair, safe, and prosperous South Africa for all.
