4x4 at Lake Umuzi took a trip down to a close by place called Buffalo Gorge Camping & Adventure just outside of Middelburg.(+-40km)

As we are addicted to wild camping the wild camp was more than we expected. With luxuries such as a "donkie" providing hot water to a lekker bush shower. Not to mention the nice open air loo... What a relief 😁 There is a base camp available for those who are not into wild camping.
Take all your supplies with as there are no shops in close proximity.

There are a few options of 4x4 tracks to choose. The nice and tranquil 4x4 eco route aswell as a rock climb trail. Be sure to walk the rocky sections as turning around might not be an option.

We didnt get to see as much as we would of liked due to time constains, but will surely visit oom Ryk again in due corse!
