The Workbook for Theological Education and Ministerial Formation, launched on Pentecost 2021, is the Diocese's guide for anyone sensing a call to ordained or lay ministry. From that first conversation with your priest, through the Fellowship of Vocation, the Ordinands Programme, and Post-Ordination Training.

At the 2025 Diocesan Synod, a motion was brought calling for a full review of the Workbook, which itself suggests this be done every five years. Bishop Stafford has since appointed a Diocesan Review Committee to carry that work forward, and now we want to hear from the whole Diocesan family, not only those who've been through formation.

Whether you've read it closely, used it once, or never seen it before, your reflections will help the Review Committee understand what's working and what needs to change.
