The National Skills Authority today convenes a consultation with the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (under administration) as part of its ongoing stakeholder engagement and oversight programme. The two-day NSA-SETA consultation sessions concluded successfully following robust engagements with four Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs). The consultations provided a strategic platform for constructive dialogue, reflection, and accountability on organisational performance, governance, financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and the advancement of the national skills development agenda. The engagements reaffirmed the importance of strengthened collaboration, responsive leadership, and continuous improvement in ensuring that SETAs effectively contribute towards skills development.
