On Saturday, 28 February, we hosted our annual Expectant Parent Information Session. We offered a variety of presentations, and parents-to-be got practical guidance and valuable insights for their parenting journey. The session covered several important topics, including:

*Anemia and Iron Deficiency in Pregnancy - helping parents understand the signs, risks, and ways to support a healthy pregnancy.

*Car Seat Safety - an essential overview of correct installation, appropriate seat choice, and common safety mistakes.

*Infant CPR and Choking Response - empowering parents with lifesaving techniques and the confidence to act during emergencies.

*Nutrition in Pregnancy: Myths vs. Facts - a particularly popular segment that debunked common misconceptions and offered clear, evidence-based guidance.
