The Eastern Cape Department of Education Human Resource Development is hosting a two-day Presidential Youth Employment Initiative Workshop for phase 3,reflecting on Phase 1 and 2 , they are currently implementing phase3 , the first district is Alfred Ndzo. This initiative was implemented by President Cyril Ramaphosa in 2020 which entails 4Phases ,which is currently on the 3rd phase, 4th Phase will be implemented in 2023.
