Yesterday at hashtag , our StrongMinds team proudly partnered with the Government of Uganda to highlight how we are working together to scale access to community-based mental health care, and how this model can be replicated wherever there is need.

We were inspired by our incredible panel of leaders and changemakers, including:
Hon. Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, Minister of Health, Uganda
Dr. Hafsa Lukwata, Assistant Commissioner for Health Services, Uganda
Vincent Mujune, Country Director, StrongMinds Uganda
Hon. Dr. Elijah Muchima, Minister of Health, Zambia
Lucero Andaluz Llerena, Founder, De-mentes (Peru)

Their message was clear: to truly transform global mental health, we must move beyond institutions and shift resources to primary-level and community-based services.
