Ozon Pillars Foundation Limited (OPFL) is a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization established to transform lives of young people through inspirational and motivational programs for them to become responsible, sober minded and self-assertive future leaders. Our main focus is helping young people to renew their minds and change their life styles. This goal shall be achieved mainly t
hrough interactive motivation and inspirational sessions as well as through dissemination of useful and relevant information. The organization was initiated in 2014 by Mr. Adel Afrence Yowela who is Chief Executive Officer. The main purpose of organization is to promote peace, love and unity amongst citizens especially young people. Yowela has been actively involved in community service as a member of the Lions Club International and Youth Ministry Patron at his local church. His involvement in community services motivated him to establish an organization that would contribute to building the characters of young people and encourage entrepreneurship among them thus enable them become responsible citizens. To promote Peace, Love and Unity national wide and to build a pool of self-assured and fulfilled future leaders by engaging especially the young people in Educational and Bible Quiz Challenge as a way of encouraging them to work harder at school, as well as memorize and study the Bible scriptures, championing mind renewal and changed thought life therefore, establishing permanent change in their life and conduct. We envision a majority of citizens who would take personal responsibility and action towards promoting Peace, Love and Unity in their communities, and that these inspired citizens will become the next generation of Peace Ambassadors worldwide. OUR VALUES

OBJECTIVES
The main objective of the organization is to provide a platform or alliance through Educational and Bible quiz that will undertake practical advocacy for Peace, Love and Unity on various levels. Ozon Pillars Foundation (OPFL) shall achieve the above through structured Quiz Events. The Bible quiz events shall be conducted at different venues through-out the country by either, one-off championship events and, or structured competitive leagues in Churches, Schools and Companies at various levels including District, Provincial, and National. The Quiz shall tackle various and shall be based mainly on general Bible knowledge, among other areas. The name OZON Pillars is by definition interpreted as follows;
“OZON” - is an acronym for One Zambia One Nation. Here, we as Ozon Pillars Foundation are committing to the National belief of One Zambia One Nation which does not segregate but promotes peace, love and unity among all citizens.
“Pillar” – By definition, “A pillar is a tall solid structure, which is usually used to support part of a building”. By the above we as Ozon Pillars Foundation are pledging to play a pivotal role as Pillars of One Zambia One Nation through Biblical teachings, coaching and mentorship to the young people in order to achieve and sustain peace, love and unity in our country. Therefore, as Ozon Pillars Foundation (OPFL) our purpose and passion is to help especially young people create a life that would elevate them to greater heights in life. We aim to achieve this by providing them protection from life’s vices through Life Skills Training and Insights into Spiritual Principles. Through our various programs, the young people will be inspired and motivated to aspire to be successful citizens and future leaders. The specific statements of intent are as follows:
a) To conduct Bible Quiz Events in churches, schools and communities throughout the country. b) To conduct Entrepreneurship and Life skills training sessions to young people in churches, schools and communities throughout the country. c) To conduct Career guidance and motivational sessions to young people in churches, schools and communities throughout the country. d) To contribute to the formulation and implementation of policies fostering the fight against tribalism and hate speech through spiritual teachings. e) Help the public reconcile the issue of climate change mitigation and human development through environmental awareness programmes.
