CONGRATULATIONS ONCE AGAIN, MR. PRESIDENT-ELECT
My heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, President-Elect Hakainde Hichilema, on the outcome of the 2026 Presidential Election.
This victory carries with it the confidence of the Zambian people and an even greater responsibility to serve the nation. As you prepare to take on the next mandate, I wish you wisdom, courage, strength and humility as you continue leading our great country.
The elections are now behind us. What lies ahead is a greater responsibility to unite as Zambians, rise above political differences and work together for the development and prosperity of our country.
Political competition should end with the election. Our shared responsibility as citizens is to protect peace, respect one another and contribute positively to the development of Zambia. We may support different political parties, but Zambia belongs to all of us.
I also extend my sincere congratulations to all elected Members of Parliament, Mayors, Council Chairpersons and Councillors across the country. Your election is a mandate from the people and a responsibility to serve with integrity, accountability, humility and commitment.
May this new chapter strengthen our democracy, promote national unity and create greater opportunities for young people, women and communities across Zambia.
Congratulations once again, Mr. President-Elect. May this mandate be defined by inclusive leadership, peace, development and service to all Zambians.
Let us put Zambia first. Let us choose unity over division, peace over conflict and development over political differences.
LET’S UNITE ZAMBIA! THERE IS NO NEED FOR VIOLENCE. WE ARE ONE.
