Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning outreach programmes were successfully conducted in Wards 1, 2, 3, 27, 30 and 32 by a delegation comprising the DDC, Council Chairperson, CEO and other key technocrats driving development initiatives within the district.

The outreach aimed to assess the progress of ongoing projects, identify challenges, provide practical solutions and ensure alignment with the National Vision and development priorities. The engagements also emphasized the importance of community participation in local development initiatives through resource mobilization and labour provision under the mantra “Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo.”

The programme further reinforced the critical role of Traditional Leadership and Ward Development Structures in championing sustainable and inclusive community development.
