🔮 Vision for Harare East Ward 9 🔮

In a country full of compassion, we recognize that poverty is an injustice that must be corrected. The upcoming local authority elections in August present a critical moment for our community, particularly in high-density areas of Ward 9 where many are being pushed into poverty.

On the other hand, our affluent suburbs are also facing challenges due to decades-long economic decay and poor service delivery. We cannot allow our standards to diminish any further.

As your CCC candidate for Ward 9, I am committed to reigniting our local economy and addressing the pressing issues our community faces.

📚 Skills Development Program: We will broaden the program to provide short courses in driving, digital marketing, online trading, hairdressing, and manicure for our young people. By equipping them with these skills, we empower them to take the first steps into entrepreneurship.

💼 Local Employment Opportunities: I will actively engage with local industries in Msasa and surrounding areas, urging them to prioritize local employment. Together, we can tackle the significant unemployment challenges facing our society.

🌿 Environmental Policy: As a strong environmentalist, I will push for a robust environmental policy at the council level. This policy will protect our wetlands, reduce fossil carbon emissions, and address the global climate change crisis.

🚓 Community Safety: The safety and health of our citizens are of paramount importance. I will collaborate with the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) and our local neighborhood watch committees to ensure our streets are safe from criminal activities.

🚮 Efficient Services: Timely refuse collection and the supply of safe and clean water are vital for the health and well-being of our community. I will work tirelessly to ensure these services are provided consistently and effectively.

I firmly believe that many of the challenges we face in our communities can be solved through local solutions. By electing me as your councilor for Ward 9, we can work together to overcome these challenges and build a prosperous future.
