Vision: To be the port of call as far as Land Development is concerned in Zimbabwe,regionally and around the globe. Our mission and objectives: As a Housing and Developing Trust company includes : 1. Land Acquisition in Urban and peri-urban areas for residential and commercial purposes. 2. Land developing to meet modern housing and commercial standards. 3. Land Allocation to all our trust members, interested corporate and individuals respectively. 4. All administration and allocation is done in line with the Local Authorities by-laws. 5. Land Auctioneering.
